Charlotte Watson spent almost 20 years working for large retailers Asda and Wilkos in their buying departments, running a multi million department. For the last 10 years she headed up the Home & Kitchen team, sourcing products from all over the world based on market trends.

 

In 2018, with 2 young boys who were 1st into nursery and last out, she decided it was time for a change. She set up her own online luxury homewares business www.myglamorousplace.com. Later that year she founded  www.dogboxboutique.com, a premium toy and treat subscription service, which achieved huge success on Amazon, and has been sold this year. She is currently consulting for an ambitious start up, helping with their fast track growth across several ecommerce platforms.
